my special recipes, (probably already used by people LOL)

get 2 plates 1 bowl, bread crumbs, locatelli cheese, eggs, milk and chopped meat

put the bread crumbs on 1 plate and mix in some locatelli
, crack eggs in a bowl, pour in some milk (just a little bit) put some salt and pepper in it.

take the chopped meat, roll it into a ball, put it in the egg and get it all wet and then put it in bread crumbs then put it in the frying pan, ( i use Vegitable oil for this, i think other oils burn too hot) then cook to your desire

for more flavor, buy come Cherry peppers (the ones in liquid) and deseed them and cut them in pieces, put a little piece in the meatball while your rolling it then egg and bread it like normal
