Sending for a Birth Act

I found this link to the comune of Atina but I'm not sure who I should send the email to? I was going to send an email requesting birth acts for my L.Husband's parents.

This is what I was going to write but I'm not sure if it is correct, be glad if someone could check it for me and also let me know which person from the above link I should address the email to. Cant find the address of the comune? Confused
