I am the content acquisitionist at Ancestry.com responsible for Pennsylvania records. I have recently become aware of Senate Bill 1378 in the General Assembly of Pennsylvania. This bill would amend the Pennsylvania Vital Statistics Law to make vital records more available to genealogists. I thought it would be a good idea let you know about this bill and where you could write to encourage its passage.
