James,

Its adorable..congrats! Now all you need is a lawn mower, snow blower, pruners, ... oh I should stop now, huh? Seriously though, that's wonderful and I'm happy for you. Smile

I can understand how you feel James... I felt exactly the same when I signed the papers for 'my first house'. It's a feeling like having GIANT 'excited' butterflies in your stomach isn't it...

The house looks gorgeous, and wow, 1.25 acres no less!!! Better get a 'ride-on' lawn mower I reckon.

Perhaps Nuccia can get you a good deal on one if you pop up to Toronto!

Fantastic News James, and it is a lovely feeling when you know the property definately belongs to you. Now comes the 'labour of love' to get it how YOU want it to be. I have a HUGE garden too but its worth it.
Dont forget the 'weeds' are only other flowers/plants growing where you didnt plant them - and some 'weeds' can have lovely flowers too Wink Wink

I wish you Good Luck, Good Health and lots of Happiness in your new home
Emmy
