I only have one problem. Whenever there is an SQL error, I get the notification on my email. I am still getting a few several times a day which means that people (or bots) are having trouble accessing the forum during that time.

This has been going on since the server began it's upgrades so is this a server related issue and should I put a ticket in?

I have a little problem that I have always had. My private messages always say -1 and there is nothing in there.

That happened to me once. Have you tried purging your inbox and deleting all the PM's?

Livios mail made it go to zero. When I got out of the mail..it was -1 again.

I deleted everything in there long ago. It has been like this almost since the beginning.

I've been informed this was an issue with the old forum version. It was a bug and has been fixed in the upgraded version (which this site is now using). Hopefully if the -1 is reset to 0 it should fix it. Only an admin can reset it by going into the database and editing the waiting_message_count field for each user. It's not something you can fix by deleting all your pm's or anything like that.

If anyone else has an incorrect value of New Private Messages showing up please speak up so it can be fixed otherwise it will always show the incorrect value.

There were only 2 users which had a -1 value so no big deal there. I've reset them to 0. Eleven it should show 0 for you now.
