#1: Romano's from Roma Author: Romano1970, Location: ColoradoPosted: Sat Mar 26, 2011 5:11 pm ---- The Last name of Romano, from my understanding literally means....from Roma. Does anyone have information on the migrations on actual Romans moving out of Rome to other areas of the Italian Peninsula? I just thought it would be something interesting to read on since my grandfathers last name is Romano but was born in Aidone Sicily.
