#1: Lucaioli Italian Surname Author: sarahannedixon, Posted: Sat Aug 11, 2012 12:23 pm ---- Hi Everybody- I just found this site when looking for my great-grandmother's Italian surname, Lucaioli. I was unable to find this name and maybe what area of Italy it could be from. We only know my great-grandmother emigrated to the states in 1903. We know nothing of her life in Italy as she was very secretive! She married a Pietro Gargano and I just found the Gargano peninsula, how exciting!
Anyone heard of the name Lucaioli???
