Yes, it really is Addorata, but I did not know this until I saw the manifest. When I told my mother that the city directories listed my grandmother as Dolly, and some other names, she said oh well your grandmother's name in Italian was Dororata. but as she clips off her endings and also some beginnings of Italian words, she probably was saying 'Addorata. Her gravestone says Dolores but my sister's says Delores, though she was named after granma.
