Well I'm back after being tied up with moving to new house and preparing for my trip to Sicily in 2 weeks!

Below is the census of my great Uncle John LaBarbera.

I recently discoverd we had a Carlo in the famiily tree, he died at birth in the 1840's.

When revisted this census I see a brother to my Uncle John named Charles. No one has ever heard of this Charles. So maybe it's not a true brother...not sure...but I would like to find out if there is any record of his immigration, death, etc...so far no luck...help!

Looking at the census last name for Charles is Bask or Bark and he is a boarder... the name under his is Tony Barber and he is a boarder also. If you look at the top of the census a few lines down, in the relationship column you will see the word brother.........so I don't think this is a brother, might be a relative of some sort.

Maybe other forum members can take a look and give their opinion.

Hope your move went well and I'll bet you're counting down the days until you leave on your trip. You'll have to get access to a computer while you're there and post photo's so we can follow along.
