I don't know if there is a village leader for Mino but since it's part of the comune of Mezzana, here's the mayor (sindaco) of Mezzana Alfio Serafia's email address.

Much Grazie to you Biff Im sending the sindaco an email with the info today. I have a facebook friend who sent me pics of mezzana and the street sign that says MINO on it. I owe you two so much, i really do.
