Located a Cecilia Verrico married to Bernardo/Bernardino Verrico in a 1910 census for Cortland NY. If that's your Cecilia she would have travelled under her maiden name. Current town name is Santi Cosma e Damiano, province of Latina, region of Lazio.

Cecilia Verrico (maiden name Dilanna), age approx. 29; born in S Cosmo e Damiano departs Naples in 1907 to join her husband, Bernardino, age approx 29 (born in S Cosmo e Damiano) in Cortland, New York.
In 1908 Cecilia and Bernardino have their first child, Assunta. Cecilia, Bernardino and Assunta are listen in the 1910 US census in Cortland, N.Y.
Am searching for exact dates of Cecilia's Ocean voyage, name of ship and passenger manifest record.

Tcurri, I believe Biff's manifest for Cecilia is the correct one. Everything matches up well, including her husband's name, residence, and place of birth. It was common for the names to be misspelled, or sloppily written. The manifest gives Cecilia's mother as Arcangela (Botunno?). I think you have a match
