I just want to clarify - Cecilia Verrico, sons Cosimo and Damiano leave Naples and arrive in the US in 1907? Is that correct? Is Verrico Cecilia's maiden or married name? What is the name of the person she is going to see? Where in Italy is she from (Town, Province or Region?). Where in the US did she end up?

Located a Cecilia Verrico married to Bernardo/Bernardino Verrico in a 1910 census for Cortland NY. If that's your Cecilia she would have travelled under her maiden name. Current town name is Santi Cosma e Damiano, province of Latina, region of Lazio.

Cecilia Verrico (maiden name Dilanna), age approx. 29; born in S Cosmo e Damiano departs Naples in 1907 to join her husband, Bernardino, age approx 29 (born in S Cosmo e Damiano) in Cortland, New York.
In 1908 Cecilia and Bernardino have their first child, Assunta. Cecilia, Bernardino and Assunta are listen in the 1910 US census in Cortland, N.Y.
Am searching for exact dates of Cecilia's Ocean voyage, name of ship and passenger manifest record.

Tcurri, I believe Biff's manifest for Cecilia is the correct one. Everything matches up well, including her husband's name, residence, and place of birth. It was common for the names to be misspelled, or sloppily written. The manifest gives Cecilia's mother as Arcangela (Botunno?). I think you have a match Smile

Razz Greetings Bif and All, Information re: Cecilia DeLanna, (m. Verrico), is correct, (Ship - Perugia, arriving 08/30/07) in New York). Record of her arrival at Ellis Island remains to be a mystery. Most appreciative. Tom

Surprised Attention Mike, Biff. All's well with inquiry re: Cecilia DeLanna (Verrico). Have the arrival information. This part of my search is complete. Have two questions: Is there a fee for your services, and, would you two be available for further relative inquiries? Tom Curri
