I remember my grandmother (who was sicilian) using some of those. She used to do that finger pointed at the cheek and twirled thing, when she wanted you to eat something good. Of course, we all know some of the more common ones..the first one he did, the hand under the chin, the Italian salute..lol I enjoyed this.
