I want to write and thank whoever it was who sent me my grandparents marriage document.
One document is signed (Sac.Remo Marandola) On the envelope
Mi H. Parraco S.Maria La Nova etc. so I'm not sure if it's the Priest or someone else who has taken the time to do this for me, so I'm not quite sure who I should to.
This is what I'd like to say

Dear?(What would I put here?)
First I would like to say 'Thank You' for taking the time to look up the information I requested re my grandparents marriage document and for copying the information and posting it to me. This means so much to me, I have been searching for this information for over 34 years.
Enclosed is a small donation to help cover any costs involved.

Liz has just informed that it is the priest who has posted the infomation to me.
So would his name be included at the beginning of the letter e.g.
