This is exciting!
Here's another form I'd love to have. A pedigree chart with space to enter siblings. I work with a standard pedigree chart and again often pick up siblings as I work with the indexes. I hate having too many forms going so I write them in (very tiny print) over the siblings name but it makes for a very messy sheet.

Ahh..yes. Angela closed her site down and the link is bad. Here is the correct link, but unfortunately it isn't a fill able one at this time. But I am working on it..

Let me know what you think. I am also attempting with Carole to work on one that Italysearcher suggested. SO far, we just can't seem to get it just right.

According to the Adobe help forum: "Why can't I save a filled in form?
Completed forms cannot be saved unless the author of the form allows it. When you open a form in Adobe Reader, you can view the usage rights in the notification area above the form itself. Contact the author of the form to change your usage rights." If you wrote the form, you change the security settings to allow us to fill in.

Thanks..I will look into this during the week. I originally tried everything but maybe I did some thing worng and will need to look again more carefully this time.
