I recieved this email concerning my grandfather and need help translating it.Any helpers?

In riscontro alla e-mail del 3 gennaio u.s.,si comunica che il nominativo indicato in ogetto non e' iscritto sulle rubriche alfabetiche dei ruoli matricolari di questa provincia del 1912, sui registr d leva del 1912, per cui non si e' in grando di transmettere la documentazione richiesta.
