I can usually understand most of what my cousin is saying through babelfish, but for some reason this won't work well for me. Babelfish thinks he's trying to sell me his country house??!?

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what he is saying. Thanks!

This is the cousin I was corresponding with every day and then nothing for two months! As you can see, he's back with gusto.

Only problem here is...I don't know what "picture" he is talking about?!?
