Thought this was an interesting site:

In putting together my genealogy, I didn't just want names, dates and places...so I've been doing it more like a scrapbook, adding pictures and
other details. I thought this site was neat because it gives us a look at the history of the places our families settled.

Thanks for the great link! I went to Iowa County Wisconsin and there are some great postcards of my home town. So glad you posted this.

Wish we could locate something like this in Italy.....
I've printed off recent pictures for my towns of interest,
but having something in way of historical pics would be so
much nicer....
