Help with church documents in Latin

I believe I get the gist of these documents which include two baptisms and a death however, the experts advice is much appreciated, specifically names and dates just to be safe Smile

And, if possible the name of the church or churches involved.

On february 6th 1830 D. Tommaso Ajello transcribed what he found in the baptism register of the mother church of San Giuseppe (Chiesa della Santissima Redenzione), that was:

Il giorno 14 Dicembre 1808, indizione dodicesima.
Io Sacerdote battezzai secondo il rito romano un infante nato oggi all'ora quattordicesima circa dai coniugi Vincenzo Licata e Santa Vascellaro, a cui fu imposto il nome di Girolamo Licata. Padrini furono mastro Antonio Pizzuto (or Rizzuto) e Rosalia Todaro sua moglie.

I'm actually getting a little more competent at understanding the fundamentals of many of the documents I've discovered while researching my family history.
